Chronoversum - Plants through the ages

How has the plant world changed over millions of years and what will it look like in the future? What temporal rhythms does it follow and how does it react when these suddenly change due to man-made global change? In 2022-23, the Botanical Garden of the University of Bern (BOGA) will shed light on these questions in a variety of ways in its programme. Events and exhibitions deal with the change that the seemingly unchanging plant world has been subject to since time immemorial, with short- and long-term rhythms, and with short-term changes, for example in the course of a 24-hour cycle.
